Anderson is the owner/director of Pro-Robics Conditioning Clubs
(3 locations) in Seattle, Washington. In addition to teaching
capacity classes for over 16 years, she presents workouts and
instructor training workshops internationally. |

Kari has an extensive background in dance, athletics, and weight
training including being a National Gold Medalist in Synchronized
Swimming and a scholarship student with the Joffrey Ballet.
