Kari Anderson is the owner/director of Pro-Robics Conditioning Clubs (3 locations) in Seattle, Washington. In addition to teaching capacity classes for over 16 years, she presents workouts and instructor training workshops internationally.
    Kari has an extensive background in dance, athletics, and weight training including being a National Gold Medalist in Synchronized Swimming and a scholarship student with the Joffrey Ballet. Her perspective and talent for fitness training and choreography development are unparalleled in the fitness industry.
