About ProRobics offers a wide variety of personal training services that can help you develop a fitness and nutrition routine that is appropriate for your individual needs. Our certified trainers are diverse in background, qualified and experienced to assist you in reaching your physical goals.

All ProRobics members receive a 1 hour complimentary personal training session with MODE of Fitness.

Malinda has participated in aerobic dance for fifteen years. Outdoor activities and skills are mountain climbing, archery and PADI certified diver. Fitness certifications include L.W.T.C. Fitness Instructor Program, Seattle Sports Medicine Nautilus, Post Injury Re-hab, Power Cycling Instructor and Body Pump Instructor. Malinda has also been an ACE certified personal trainer for over 14 years and has more recently been certified in Gravity personal training.

Information, support, balance and moderation are all words to describe Malinda's workout. She motivates you to be persistent while building a functional exercise program with a variety of strength training, stretch conditioning and cardio/aerobic exercise. She has undergraduate degrees in Kinesiology (Study of human movement) and Dance, as well as her A.C.E. certification. For the past 7 years at Pro-robics, Vicki has instructed the Masters/Start-up class. Many of these students have taken the plunge and have added strength training to their aerobic schedule. After an initial training period with Vicki, they are able to continue a personally designed workout on their own. Nick has been involved in the training industry for over 20 years. He works with all types of clients ranging from professional athletes to seniors. He has a specialized background in physical therapy/injury rehabilitation as well as extensive knowledge in Sports Medicine. Other achievements include: 3 National Certifications/ Former Paramedic/Extensive background in combat sports (including MMA, Jiu Jitsu and Kick Boxing)/ Strength and Conditioning Coach for professional athletes (Such as Ivan Salivary of the UFC)/ Former training director at North Seattle Gold's Gym

My weight training started 18 years ago, and it has changed my life. It has increased my energy, kept my metabolism raised, increased muscle mass and prevented bone loss. There are other activities that increase health benefits, such as balance, and cardiovascular work, which I also incorporate into my training, if necessary.

I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer at Pro-Robics for four years, and it has been a positive and rewarding experience. I believe that weight training, when done consistently, will improve your physical and emotional health and outlook. My workouts are tailored to the individual, no matter what your goals. I work with men and women and no matter what your age, weight training can be beneficial regardless of your current condition.
